Finally got round to finishing this drawing I did a few weeks ago, re worked his mane, given more depth of colour to the black and had some fun with colours to the background. I took it to be framed today so I don't mess with it any more!!

May be should have left the older version on here for comparison to this but I've deleted it off here and anyway I wasn't happy with it as it was. Think I like this version now :-)

I love pastels. <3 Out of curiosity, what type of pastels did you use? Oils, pastel pencils? I'm just curious because I haven't seen many pastel peaces that are as detailed as this!

Hi it is a huge A1 size drawing so I was able to get lots of detail in. Mainly done with soft pastels then I go over it with a light fixing and work some pastel pencils onto it. Glad you like 😄
